DELIVERY
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For all orders placed within Australia we prefer to use a service which requires a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for delivery between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, if you would like your parcel to be left at your door please leave a note in the check out saying "authority to leave". In this circumstance, aluuna takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged good once you have been notified your item has been shipped.
Regular Parcel Delivery FREE
For orders to be processed on the same day you must place your order before 10am, orders placed after 10am will be processed
the following business day. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. We recommend allows 2-5 business days for your parcel to arrive. 
Express Parcel Delivery Flat Rate: $20.0

INTERNATIONAL
Purchases delivered outside of Australia will incur a flat fee of $40.00.
For all deliveries outside Australia a flat rate fee is applied to all orders. For orders to be processed on the same day you must place your order before 10am, orders placed after 10am will be processed the following business day. Once dispatched, postage and handling times will vary depending on your country of residence.  Please see approximate times below:
United States - 6 business days
United Kingdom - 8 business days
New Zealand - 7 business days
Indonesia - 7 business days
aluuna cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS 
We know how important it is to try on a special piece before you commit to it! aluuna is happy to exchange or refund purchases, with the following conditions. We also recommend that you please try on your item after a shower to avoid contact with moisturiser, deodorant or makeup, making sure you remove any sharp jewellery to avoid catching and snagging. Additionally, please try on your gown on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring. 
  • All requests for item exchanges + refunds must be made to aluuna via email within 10 days of receipt of goods to info@aluuna.com

  • Refunds will not be given on any item bought during an online sale
  • The goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The good have not been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned.

  • The delicate beading must be intact and no snags or damage is evident to the gown.
If at the time of exchange there is not another product you wish to exchange for you can be provided with a credit note to use at a later date or refund. If you do return your item and any of the above points are evident you will be contacted and may be liable for the full cost of the garment. All return costs are payable by the customer.
