Your gown will be sent via Australia Post. We will send you tracking information so you can track your package. Delivery times will vary depending on your delivery location.

Return Policy

Custom-made pieces are non refundable or exchangeable as they have been made specifically for you. We do work closely with you during the custom made process and would therefore hope that by time your gown is finished you are just as in love with it as we are.

Our ready to wear pieces are available for exchange or e-boutique credit if they have been purchased from Aluuna.com. You must contact us within 7 days of you receiving your garment to arrange for the return and exchange. Once confirmed and item is received it must be in its original condition, free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Please make sure when you are trying on your item you are doing so after a shower to avoid contact with makeup, moisturizers or deodorants that can damage the garment. Your item will only be available for exchange or credit after it has passed our quality control. If for any reason it does not pass we will contact you with options. You will be liable for any return postage unless a manufacturing fault has been deemed.

We do offer alterations to our ready-to-wear pieces. If you have had your item altered by our Aluuna team and change your mind or want to exchange, due to the time spent in altering we unfortunately cannot honour this.

You will find our size guide under each individual product in the shop tab. However if you would like further assistance with sizing please reach out to us, we would bet ore then happy to assist. We also offer tailoring/alterations at an addition fee to provide you will the perfect fit.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS A non-refundable deposit of $200.0 is required to start the custom made process, this includes your initial consultation, and first toille. To take the the toille into production you are required to pay 50% of the total cost of your gown. The gown must be paid for in full before it is released. If you need to cancel your custom made gown a cancellation fee applies depending on where the production process is up to, please contact us if you find yourself in this difficult situation. 

TAXES & DUTIES Aluuna is not liable for any taxes or duties that may arise for overseas purchases upon receipt of goods. 

Postage Try On Service

We know that buying dresses online can be tricky, especially when it is for an important occasion. We now offer a postage try-on service to make the experience easier for all. You are charged $50.0 per garment to try on and have 24hrs from the time your garment is delivered to your door to try it on. After you have tried it on you are required to package the garment into the provided pre-paid Australia Post satchel and take it to your closest Australia Post store. Please keep the lodgement receipt for proof of return.

If you choose to go ahead and purchase the garment the $50.0 try-on fee will come off the overall cost of the garment. If you wish to keep and purchase the garment please reach out to us and we will organise the final bill.

We ask that you be free of jewellery, deodorant, perfumes and fake tan when trying on our garments due to their delicate nature. If a garment is returned soiled you will be charged a $100.0 dry-cleaning fee. If the garment is returned damaged the repair fees will be passed onto you. If you do not return the garment you will be contacted for proof of return, failure to provide proof will result in the full retail price of the garment being charged to you. You agree to these terms and conditions prior to adding the Try-On option to your cart and checking out.

More Information

As well as offering custom made we offer an alteration service on all of our ready to wear pieces. If you find that you are in between sizes, would like more or less coverage, or would like to have something a bit more fitted we are here to help. Our alteration service is available at an additional fee, contact us for pricing or any further questions.
